You've got to go with Jill Speegle. She's exceptional and will work with you to a level that's comfortable for you. Jill is extremely knowledgeable and communicative. I wouldn't even know what someone could do better even if you asked.

Chase is a great real estate agent who took the time to get to know our situation and gave us a great experience. He is friendly and professional but also casual enough to be able to joke around and will answer texted questions at odd times of the day if needed. I would definitely recommend him!

Our realtor Sara Posey was terrific! She went above and beyond her role as realtor. Not only was she working with a “family” to sell my parents home she was dealing with us from another state. Very professional and courteous, great to work with.

Terri Milligan could not have been more perfect! Trying to buy a place for our college kids during a pandemic causes a lot of extra issues and Terri was able to mitigate them all for us. She went above and beyond, including doing Facebook live viewings and making videos of several houses so we would not have to drive 3.5 hours one way just to check one out. Houses were selling the day they listed during all this, and she ran out and checked out anything we had interest in at the drop of a hat. She helped us identify the best neighborhoods to meet our needs and concerns. If you need help finding a place for yourself, or your college bound child, she should be your first choice!
