When my dream opportunity came up in another state, I had to sell my dental practice very quickly. I had worked with Carl in purchasing my practice years earlier. When I called him he referred me to Casey, his son, who had taken over most of the legwork on practice transitions. Frankly, I thought Casey’s head was in the clouds when he told me what he thought I could sell my practice for and how quickly he thought I would have interested buyers. This was in contrast to the broker on my purchase In another state. They left a lot of things undone and went away for vacation on the week we were supposed to close. I can’t recommend Carl, Casey, Kelly, and the CBI team enough. Not only did Casey talk the talk, he walked the walk. I was under contract within three days with a qualified buyer and we sold it for more than asking price.
