Stephen is one of the greatest human beings we've ever known and he will forever be a hero to us for all that he did in helping us get into our home. The second house he showed us was perfect, but it was an extremely complicated process due to zoning stuff, a special loan, and so much more and there is NO WAY we would have figured it all out or have made it all work without his tireless work and research on our behalf. I still cannot believe all he did for us (we were first time home buyers) and not only us - we have sent several friends to him and he has found them ALL their home! Stephen is not interested in selling houses - he wants people to find their home. He is honest, accessible, hardworking, dependable, and caring. We are so, so lucky to have had him in our corner!

We recently moved back to the area after being gone over 10 years. We didn't know Stephen, but a friend of my brother raved to him about Stephen. Without knowing much else, we started communicating to him from out of state. Our move kept being delayed and almost falling through, and Stephen was so gracious and kind and kept answering our questions and being helpful even with the uncertainty. When we finally found out we WERE moving back, we had to move quickly. Stephen was able to show us 13 houses in the two days we had on our trip here from out of state. Stephen is so easy to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. If he doesn't know the answer to something, he quickly finds out for you. We will 100% use Stephen for any further real estate needs and recommend him to everyone.

Stephen was a fantastic, patient, and responsive realtor who made our home buying experiencing a breeze! Buying your first home, remotely, in the middle of a pandemic is not ideal, but Stephen was very professional and walked us through the process step by step, making it very manageable. At one point, he was literally on his hand and knees with his phone showing us the pile on the carpet of a house he was touring virtually for us. I cannot recommend him, his staff, and his resources more emphatically!

Stephen Brooks and his Team are by far the Premiere Real Estate Agent of NWA... hands down! I interviewed a myriad of Agents and Mr. Brooks immediately stood out among the bunch. He knows the business of Real Estate transactions and his recommended strategies demonstrate his knowledge and expertise. Yet he always defers to you as his customer/client rather than try to dominate or assert his way. I can say from experience that real estate transactions can be stressful, yet Mr. Brooks always maintains a calm and optimistic demeanor during the entire process! I've dealt with a myriad of real estate professionals and Mr. Brooks and Team certainly stand out as one of the GOATs! (Greatest Of All Time).
