John was excellent! He offered to come out right away. We thought our pipes were frozen and he walked me through all the things to check. It turned out a city water line was shut off. He’ll definitely be getting a call back when a need arises.
Great value, fast, friendly, and easy to reach. I am extremely happy to say I found all this with Hansen Plumping Pro. I needed my main water line replaced, he came over with an estimate, I agreed. Now I have water again in just a few days time. I would highly recommend.
Had a hot water heater that started leaking and the valve to cut off the water wasn’t working. Hanson Plumbing was on another call but stopped in between calls to turn the water off and then fit us into the days schedule to replace our hot water heater and put us back in business. Very pleasant people and experience.
This guy rocks! He came out with his guys and was gone in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the problem, didn’t make a huge mess, and did a pretty good job of cleanup too. Great service and super nice
I had major leak in the supply water line. I called Hansen Plumbing and John came out and assessed immediately. He told me that he would bring his crew out the following day.nnI will say he was prompt and what is important, he explained what needed to be done and showed me what the issue was.nnJohn and his crew fixed the problem , cleaned up, and we're done in a little over one day's work. He was upfront about everything.nnThe important thing for me is his communication to me as his customer, the accuracy of his assessment, and the knowledge he has in fixing my plumbing.
