Taco Bell

I work late shift nearby. Most of our crew eats here. They hardly ever get our orders right. Out of the last six times I have visited in the last few weeks, only one time had orders right. It's always pull back through and get it fixed. At least that is an option now. I live nearby and when Covid hit, they never got the order for my house right and refused to fix it, insisting that it was correct. I probably wouldn't be complaining but, we couldn't even get food tonight. There were three staff cars outside and nobody visible. I waited for over six minutes for nobody to talk to me while there were five cars piling up behind me. Went down the street to McDonald's and they still hadn't served anyone yet.

I've been to this Taco Bell a few times and it never really goes well for me. I ordered two sides of rice for around $1.50 a piece and the containers had so little rice, you could see the bottom. The refried beans were gritty and there were little pieces of beans that felt dried or not fully hydrated.nnThe other times, things were completely forgotten from our order or they put lettuce on a beef and cheese only taco etc.nnToday, we asked for nachos with just cheese on top- like the chips and cheese, but in a little container instead- like the triple layer nachos with cheese only and the drive through person said they couldn't do it, even though other Taco Bells have.nnThey do seem to be wearing gloves, masks and keeping things as contactless as possible.

The store always clean and very fast service.staff very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager Amber

Good food, good service, high prices. The prices are significantly higher than taco bell's in Texas. A crunchrap supreme is 3.56 with tax in Lufkin Texas, but 5$ with tax in Fayetteville. They have a dollar menu in Texas, but a 1.29 menu in Fayetteville

Not sure why you guys are trying to be like chic-Fila but it’s not helping. Having to look at a menu hanging from a workers neck is super annoying and uncomfortable. I didn’t even get to order what I like because i didn’t see it hanging on The workers menu necklace.nnDo better Taco Bell.
