Subway

I ordered an online order through the app on 08/26/20. The staff was nice when I went in and picked up my order. The food on the other hand was not up to par. Both my fiancé and my sandwich was not toasted (was selected on the order to be toasted) and had absolutely no mayonnaise on both of our sandwiches (mine was supposed to have extra mayo). Normally I go to the subway in the Walmart off of mall avenue. The staff and food exceeds our expectations and the manager Sarah is fantastic. This subway however is the worst one I have ever been to. Even a year ago when I went in, I ordered my sandwich and asked for them to toast my sandwich with the mayo on it. The woman making my sandwich looked at me with such disgust and told me I was weird for doing so. Such unfair comments should not be welcomed. With no one inside or any cars waiting in the parking lot, our sandwiches should be correct. I will not be going back to this subway on college.

This store meets all the standards of subway. Right not 12 inch meatball sub with all the trimmings under $7 . can't be a healthy alternative to fast food

Good subway to go to. Only issue I've ever had and I think it's more of a payment method issue. If you use paypal on the app the order cancels for some reason.

Look. I have been ordering the same Subway sandwich for years now. It’s messy, a little weird, but my gosh, I have never had someone botch it the way it was today. When I saw it completely fallen apart, I should have asked for him to start over. By the time I got home (Less than 10 minutes later), my sandwich was cold and soggy. Literally the worst. I wouldn’t have even bothered to comment on it but also...nnInside the door where the sign that says “masks are required” stood two maskless men. Come on. If masks are required, why were they still being served?nnHad it just been one of the two things, I probably wouldn’t have left a comment. But when I felt unsafe in the store AND my sandwich was mushy and awful? I had to say something. The best part of my meal were the SunChips.

Food is always fresh. Employees were great. Masks worn by all employees and customers. Place was very clean as well.
