Love this place. They have a little bit of everything. If you like mom and pop shops you'll like this one.
I have had nothing but trouble with this business. I got over-charged $150 for renting a U-Haul for one day that I traveled about 10-15 miles MAX. This business is ran by incompetent young teenagers that have trouble understanding what customer service is. I would get a U-Haul anywhere else than here. To make things better I also got hung up on abruptly.
This is the BEST place in town for all your plumbing supplies. There are people available to help you. Their prices are competitive. If you want to get it done right with only one trip to the store, then this is the place.
We just returned a pickup rental today.nEven though their systems were experiencing technical issues, the entire exchange was fantastic.nTrent was great to work with and demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, even under the stress of dealing with a flood of customers and faulty point of sales systems.nWe will come back.
Super helpful, friendly staff. There were several people who worked together to help me find a solution for parts. They ended up having a set (for cheaper than Amazon, by the way) that was much easier for me to install than the makeshift idea I had walked in with. Everything worked without a hitch!! Rare when doing anything with plumbing. Fluffy sweet dogs to pet too!! Thanks!
