We LOVE this place!! We always buy the offered warranty because we live in the woods and are hard on our tools. They make any exchange quick and easy plus they ALWAYS provide great customer service!! Everything we've gotten from here has been solid quality and much less expensive than the big places. Check them out!!!
We bought a few items. Supervisor checked us out. We bought a really heavy safe. Tried putting in the little cart, cart tipped over. We asked for help when we were checking out and supervisor just ignored us. There were tons of stuff in the isles, it was hard to navigate a shopping cart. We enjoy shopping here but will return to a different location with better customer service.
I do a lot of business with HF stores. As a general rule I love doing business with HF. But this store in Springdale has constantly over the last year failed in customer service. I have tried multiple times now to pick up things at this store only to find out they are out of stock even after checking on line for in store availability. Then have spoke with store associates and even a manager today that could care less. Apparently they make enough money here that they don't need mine.
Great place to go if you want to find a simple tool and not have to pay twice the price
They have air much and very good prices.If you buy something and it stop working just take it back and if your within 90 days or have bought the warranty then problem solved.the people that work there are very helpful and friendly ,they really take care of the customers. Great Place to get what you need and save big money
