Rarely do I give 5 stars. Actually never. But this place... Wow. So I go in to buy a Stihl weed eater. Knew which model I wanted, but had questions. The guy helping me answered them accurately. Super knowledgeable. Friendly. Then made sure it started and filled it with gas. The whole store is clean, well stocked. Like a dream. I wish all shopping experiences were like this.
Staff was SUPER nice and got just what I needed for my weed eater!
I went in to The Hardware Store and I needed a hatchet and 2 screws. I could've gotten the hatchet at a big box - The Hardware Store was $1.50 cheaper. However, I couldn't have gotten the two screws I needed w/out buying a pack of 50. The Hardware Store always has what you need - if they don't, they can get it. The staff is VERY knowledgeable about their products - unlike the big box stores. It's the way a hardware store should look and function. Highly recommend.
Large variety of merchandise,the store is organized very orderly,and is clean. The staff are always helpful,friendly, efficient!
Love the store, always friendly and helpful but staff weren't requiring customers to wear mask (per city ordinance 6323). Left without making my purchase.
