Great sandwiches and they actually had my pick-up order ready when I got there. This store has always done a great job with our big group orders for the whole shift. The rewards/points system is actually worth signing up for too!
Good food but avoid if it is lunch or dinner time and you are in a hurry. I feel bad for the staff because they are trying hard but they just cannot get a handle on timely online orders. I've tried a couple times with both in-store and online and every time I'm stuck waiting at least 10-15min for a simple sandwich, even with online when I show up well after it said my meal should be ready.
Fast and reliable. Easy to order online and has contactless pickup in-store. The menu is missing some favorites due to COVID, but hopefully they return eventually.
The subs are delicious and very well made at this location. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review and not a 5 star is because of the woman who works there who has long, dark, curly hair who is on a power-trip. She made the experience of ordering a bunch of subs for my family not the best. I feel sorry for the other employees who have to work with her. She takes her job of sandwich making way too seriously. She was yelling across the restaurant to an employee who was clearly on his break and she was scolding us customers in line if we stepped out of the 6 feet social distancing stickers they had on the floor, although we were all wearing masks. If not for her, everyone else was pleasant.
Amazing service. Seems to be a young staff but very professional and friendly. This guys are awesome and for the best Jersey Mike's I've been to.
