Mike does a great job! Highly recommended! He cleaned the ducts in a 40-year-old house we just bought, and everyone comments on how much nicer it smells. I truly had A+ experience with A+ Carpet Cleaning service. Their scheduling person was very pleasant and professional, she went an extra mile to squeeze me into the holiday schedule to accommodate to my needs. Kevin, the cleaning guy showed up on time, he went over the procedure with me and explained how the dog stains and odor get eliminated with their pet treatment. He did an amazing job in a very professional way and I am one happy customer for having a clean and odor free carpet again! Kudos to these guys!
Chris came to clean carpets and did a super nice job with pre treating and making my carpets like new! I had a spot that keeps surfacing from previous owners dog but disappeared now. Very professional, arrived on time and did really nice in the quality department. Very happy with A+ carpet cleaning and wasn't crazy expensive. Good pricing. I'll definitely use A+ for next year's cleaning. Calling them back soon for minor repair to carpet where it meets kitchen and hallway (needs a tuck) and I think we need to do a stretch from previous cleaners work (not from A+) but did say it can be fixed. Thank you A+ for making me a beautiful house for the holidays:)! Oh one more thought: I loved how the owner contacted me personally to make sure I was happy with the cleaning and satisfied with the service! That was very nice and thoughtful. We had quite a challenging carpeted area in our home that needed pet stains and odor removed. Mike, the owner of A+ carpet cleaning responded quickly and did an amazing professional job! Not only that, they also took precautions for Covid-19, making us feel safe and secure to have someone in our home.nSome years ago, I worked in the carpet cleaning and care industry. I know what methods and equipment provide the best possible results. A+ knows too. they don't just go over your carpet with a wand that sprays cleaning solution onto the carpet and immediately extracts it. That is one of the most inefficient, if not worst way to clean a carpet. It leaves a sticky residue that attracts soil very soon after it dries. They do it the right way. They apply top quality cleaning solutions using pressure and heat. This gives time for the solution to work on soil and odors. They then extract the solution with a clean hot water rinse. Our carpet was left clean, odors gone and no sticky residue that promotes re-soiling.nWe will have them back after the new year to clean the remainder of our home. Great job Mike and team!
I had a beautiful handmade wool area rug cleaned by A+, it was a rug that my parents used in our house growing up and it had not been cleaned in probably 30 years. There were plenty of stains and a lost of dirt and grim from being in storage for years. The end result was beautiful! The rug looks so nice and is now ready for a long life ahead of it in our home. Tiki was great to work with, and drop-off and pick-up was quick and easy. It took a little over a week to get it cleaned and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend A+ to anyone! Excellent family business!
