First time ever going to this dry cleaners. I trusted that they would do a good job, I was very wrong! I brought in a vintage Pendleton throw blanket that was in perfect condition from an estate sale. When I Picked it up the owner did not mention anything, but managed to charge me $25. When I got to home I noticed 4 rips on the bottom by the fringe. I also noticed 4 pieces of the fringe are cut off and missing. I thought to mention what a terrible job they did but decided it was better to never use them again!! . If you have a special item . Do not under any circumstances bring it here!!!!

They are incredibly friendly and do a great job.

I took my boyfriends blue tuxedo in to get pressed and cleaned and also drop off my prom dress to have some decent alterations done!! They had such good customer service and treated my mom and I very kindly and got us in and out super quick. They did so perfect I couldn’t honestly tell the difference between their alterations and how the dress originally!! She had an amazing price for me and had it done within a few days I highly recommend taking any of your clothes to get cleaned or altered here your in amazing hands❤ufe0f

always do an excellent job! I've been going to Lauren for years now and they are amazing at getting out stains. And they are really good at alterations. I just had two evening gowns altered (taken in and taken up) and they fit perfectly!nOther cleaners I've tried (there have been many) either can't get the stain out, scorch my clothes, shrink them, or melt the zippers.

always great customer service. She even remembers my name when I come in to drop or p/u!
