Why make an appointment if you can’t get your nails done at the time you made the appointment for?? The first time I went in, I called before to make sure I wouldn’t wait and I waited for 40 minutes and left without my nails done. The 2nd time I called John was available and I got my nails done and he did spectacular. 3rd time I called to make an appointment and John wasn’t there and so they said Ruby will be open yet I still waited 15 minutes. Just now left. I will go somewhere that respects peoples time and their appointments. Thanks.
I love coming here to get my nails done! They always do such an amazing job! I got a French tip for my sisters wedding and it was fabulous. Their pedicures are my favorite.
Gel nail manicure and pedicure are Amazing, very friendly and helpful...if you go in for just a manicure, not as good...but friendly and good on prices...
Me and my boyfriend went there yesterday 12/30/19. I didn’t like the fact that the prices for the services were not posted. Also, I was told I would not receive a fee for using the ATM machine but this was not true. Kinda feel ripped off.
