The quick review would be, “We 100% recommend Toby and Aimee”. Our family moved to Northwest Arkansas for work. We have no connections to Arkansas outside of one individual. We moved from our home state, leaving our families, friends, and 30 years of life behind us. It was daunting to move 1,300 miles away from all that was familiar to a part of the country we have never been. We initially reached out to Toby and Aimee after finding some homes on Realtor.com that they were associated with. Our move was not a quick process due to delays from my Company and COVID. From the initial phone call with Aimee to closing was almost five months. In those five months, we had three house hunting trips and multiple phone calls and questions. Throughout the whole process both Toby and Aimee were patient, caring, and understanding of our situation. They were even on a family trip the first time they answered the phone for us. Toby and Aimee not only made the house hunting situation a breeze, they also made Northwest Arkansas feel welcoming and feel like home. They were great with our two crazy little kids during our long house hunting days. My daughter even started asking if we could go see Aimee. I don’t know that we could have asked for better realtors. We will for sure be using them again no questions asked.

We just finished a build with Crawford Realty and Anderson Custom Homes and are so glad we did!! What a wonderful realtor and builder. Toby Crawford was honest and up front from day one. He made the process so easy and was very quick to answer any questions that we had. Such a great experience. Highly recommend!!!!

This company was great to work with. Made the transition of selling/building a breeze when I thought it would be the worst process ever. The team is very responsive and the homes are amazing. Highly recommend

WARNING! If you want to work with people with zero class, no moral ethics and impossible to work with – then this is the real estate team for you! They do what THEY want and easiest for them versus what you ASK them to do, overall incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to their clients – both Toby & Aimee. They pressure you from the beginning, are completely inflexible when situations change and have no idea how to do business professionally. I was literally told NOT to bring individuals to meetings because of their own insecurities and hidden agendas. I’ve never encountered such a terrible, pushy real estate team across multiple real estate deals within 3 different states. Beware – Get as far away from these immoral and vile individuals as possible.
