I just spoke to Christina in California. She was so efficient and went above and beyond to help me. I can only dream that the Springdale, Arkansas staff could be as good as her.

Great community, spacious apartments, and located in a wonderful area in Springdale! Lots of things to do around the neighborhood and a lot of development coming too. Tracy, the property manager, is wonderful and truly cares for her tenants. Rent is very reasonable for the amount of space you get in these apartments! They have made a lot of wonderful improvements in the time we have called this community home!

Everything is great just would like to see a parking lot for the people in the duplexes so they don't have to park in our parking places.. And the gym needs to have air conditioning. Too hot

Ive lived here since July 2015 and i love it! The management is top notch, maintenance is only a call away, and the one bedroom apartment is the perfect to fit my things and still feel open and airy (french door is great).
