Extremely communicative, informative, professional, kind guys. Worked with me on many levels and really just took care of my house! This is our second season to having BASIC out to clear our carpets. They do a professional job at a great price. Friendly, professional staff, educate and consult with us to keep our carpets looking brand new! We gave these guys a chance last year and twice they haven’t let us down. Quality service at a great price keeps our investment looking and feeling brand new. After 14yrs, this house is showing some wear but not our carpets! Highly recommend their service. I inquired about an appointment online, through their website, and was contacted within an hour by Steve. He was able to provide me an accurate quote and schedule services within the following week. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time and had our entire house (approximately 1,800 square feet) cleaned in about 2 hours. We not only had our carpets cleaned but also the tile floors in our kitchen.nnOur carpets were fairly heavily stained from our children. B.A.S.I.C was able to remove all the stains from juices, milk, yogurt, and who know what else. Not only did they remove those stains, they were also able to DRASTICALLY reduce the visibility of expanding foam (think Great Stuff) that been tracked onto the carpet. I am also amazed at how dirty the grout in our kitchen was. It turns out that it's a much lighter color than I realized.nnIf you're looking for great customer service and amazing results, look no further - you've found the company you're looking for!
My dog left a HUGE oopsie on my carpet one day when his tummy was upset. I scrubbed at it for hours and could not get it out fully. Out of all of the carpet cleaners I called, B.A.S.I.C was the first to respond to my inquiry and scheduled me in for that following morning!! Larry Small came to my doorstep and left my carpet spotless. He was extremely professional, understanding and talked me through the process of which he went through to clean the spot. I can’t thank you guys enough, you rock!!
They did it all! Showed up on the same day and knocked out 2 hallways and four bedrooms and made it all look new!! So coool!! Call em and let them make your floors look brand new, too.
