The cashier named David is always helpful and knowledgeable, he can tell you where any product is located. He also convinced me to be in the good neighbors club, it's saved me quite a bit of money and love the emails on sales. David is a great at up selling and make every customer feel welcome.

I shop here quite frequently to buy things for my horse because it’s the closest and most convenient feed store. I’ve always appreciate their service and products but lately (I’m assuming because of covid and people panic buying) there is never the feed I buy for my horse. When I asked when they would get it in, no one seems to know. When I called today, before driving all the way out there, I was on the phone briefly with an incredibly rude man. I couldn’t even ask a question before he was cutting me off and just saying”no” to everything I asked. He couldn’t even get a specific time on knowing when their truck would be in. When I thanked him and told him to have a good day, he just hung up on me without a “have a nice day” or “goodbye” or anything. Great service in the store but clearly whoever that is shouldn’t answer phone considering I’ve read multiple reviews with the exact same situation.nnThis has now happened more than once and clearly someone else needs to be answering the phone.

I was just at the TSC store in Farmington, Ar. where a man without face covering pushed his way immediately behind me where I was checking out. I told him to move back, when he loudly announced he didn't have to wear a mask and nobody could make him. He still didn't move back. I checked out and left as he kept spewing nonsense. We are in a pandemic and people refusing to mask or distance or even shut their mouth will prevent controlling this disease. I won't be going back to TSC if they pander to dangerous behavior. If nothing else put up a sign to request compliance of a state mandate.

Took very long time for someone to answer phone, and then when she did,she acted as if I was bothering her. No hometown friendly here,lol. She must be from Fayetteville. Just my opinion,she could of and should of....been much friendlier. It's only a couple miles to Wal-Mart or Lowe's. Seems you would like to keep all the local repeat customers!!! I guess not.

As far as in store service I habe no complaints. Friendly staff and great help. Now they need to be more polite when answering the phones. Anytime I call they are rude, sound annoyed and always just hang up after answering my question don't ask if there's anything else or wait for my thank you just a yes or no then click
