If I could give this zero stars, I would. My wife and I stop here occasionally on our way from Louisiana to Little Rock. The staff has never been very friendly but the place is convenient. Today, we stopped in - for the last time. There were six people seated at tables with no one in line. When we entered and approached the sandwich line, both employees looked at us and said nothing. When we stood at the start of the line, the guy behind the counter just looked at us. The worst part: HIS MASK WAS ON HIS CHIN NOT COVERING HIS MOUTH OR NOSE, standing over the open containers of ingredients. We left.

This place takes forever to get your food thats if they did not loose your order or even take it. I sat in the drive thru line 20 mins for the guy to come back and ask what i had with an attitude bc he didn't have my order on the screen.nI Will NOT go back this place is a JOKE and the food is nasty

Every single time we order food and pick it up in the drive-thru this subway forgets something. Sometimes it’s chips, sometimes it’s cookies. Today we ordered 10 chocolate chips cookies and they only gave us 4! It’s so frustrating.

Trying to call to check business hours and once again, no answer. This isn't the first time. I called about a month ago and they didn't answer then either. My husband drove over there on his way through town and at 9:30 pm they turned all the outside lights off. He was in there ordering his sandwich and asked how long it would take to make a chicken alfredo pasta. They told him it would take 5 mins but they would not make it for him. They said they were closing. It isn't 10 pm yet and you said 5 mins is all it takes to cook it. That's pretty rude in my opinion. He said they actually had one sitting on the counter that was still warm but couldn't take 5 mins to make another one. Way to provide customer service!
