JJ'S Eco Green Cleaners

Our company recently added dry cleaning and alteration service using this company and I was very excited at the convenience but the service has been so terrible I won't be using them. Thankfully, I started with some minor alterations to test out the service, I'm glad I didn't send them anything expensive or that I wear regularly!nnMy first experience wasn't terrible - I dropped a pair of pants to be hemmed along with an example pair for length and shape. While they didn't duplicate the shape, the length was fine. It took approximately a week. While that's slower than the dry cleaner/alterations place by my house, the convenience was worth the extra wait so I decided to give it another shot. I chose four knit dresses that I wanted the pockets removed. I specifically chose items that I knew I wasn't going to wear for at least a couple of weeks so that I wouldn't come up on any wardrobe issues. A week later, my clothes had not been dropped off and I'd not been contacted. I decided to call and the guy that answered the phone immediately knew who I was when I said 'dresses' and 'alterations' and let me know that their alterations person was out on vacation, would be back that week, and my clothes would be dropped off the following Tuesday (before Thanksgiving). I was irritated because he clearly knew who I was and that my clothes were delayed but didn't think to call and let me know that there would be a delay but wrote it off and waited for my clothes to arrive. The following Tuesday? No clothes. The Tuesday after the holiday? No clothes. I finally called today and left a message telling them I just want my clothes back in whatever state they're currently in, that I will not be paying for their services, and that I won't be using them again.nnTLDR - if you're looking for convenience and time savings, this is not the vendor to choose. You'll spend more time hunting down your clothes than you will just driving to your closest dry cleaner.nnEDIT - I finally received my clothes back, completely unaltered. It looks like they've just been hanging at the vendor and haven't been touched at all. I received no call back after my last voicemail. I've attached the voided services slip that shows a due date of 11.16.19. Unaltered clothes were received on 12.9.19.

Unprofessional beyond belief. I would leave 0 stars if I could.nBeyond their service taking excessively long, they outsource items and fail to keep track, losing garments along the way. They return items to the wrong clients and deliver incomplete orders with no excuse.nThey do not pick up the phone or return voice messages.nJust awful.

Thse guys service one of our buildings in the Pearl District, Utter garbage, don't ever use this place. They had our chair cover for 5 weeks. It took one hell of a fight to get it back. Useless company, not responsive, not responsible, not professional. We finally got the cover back because one of the drivers kept a look out and was a nice chap, otherwise it would have been gone. Needless to say, he stated the company was a logistical mess and he is no longer with the company. Don't waste your time with your valuable items.

Run away!!! We have used the eco drycleaner for years. Recently, they came under new ownership and became “JJ’S.” Once this occurred, their customer service tanked. They have not sent out pick-up emails, requiring me to call, they have forgotten to drop off orders, and most recently, they overcharged me twice! Horrible.
