To avoid a headache, avoid services thru them. It was horrible. After requesting maintenance repairs for something crawling in the wall and being told that they don't tend to that, the only thing that could be put out is mice packets to keep whatever was in there away, to things no being taken care of for months, i couldn't be paid to live in another property ran or associated with the Fort Smith Cornerstone office. Lived in a property for 5 months and was never comfortable enough for it to be home due to maintenance issues that were spoken of. It would not let me post it without any stars.
