When I moved to Fort Smith 2 years ago, I was coming from SLC, UT and knew very little about the area. I was introduced to Christal by an old friend. She Immediately went to work finding me some options based on my criteria. She found me several great options in my price range to look at. We toured houses my first two days in town and had an offer by the fourth day. Being from out of town, Christal and Francis both helped me with every step and for me closed in record time for me to be able to move quickly. I consider hers friend now and would definitely recommend her and the HP & B group!

Christal sold our home and directed us with the purchasing of our new one. She is driven, personable, and very professional. She cared for us and was honest through the whole process. Chrystal and Francis went above and beyond. I closed on my home on October 30th, 2020. They answered every question and were there every step of the way no matter what time of day. I was a first time home buyer and they helped me with everything I had to do very little, they made it a breeze to say the least! I am forever thankful for them helping me with this experience and making it a lot less stressful!
