If you want Milwaukee, klein, or husky tools this is the place
You can wait a long time to find someone to help. They need buzzers or something on each aisle that you can ring when you need assistance. Once I was able to contact a worker, they were good at leading me to the correct aisle and helping me locate the item I needed. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.
Bought blinds for our entire house, and had the best employee help us out. I can't remember his name, but we visited with him while he cut all of our blinds. He was super helpful and truly made buying blinds a better experience for us. Plus, Home Depot had a better selection than other home improvement stores.

I went to the paint department to choose paint. There were two employees at the paint counter. After selecting the paint and other supplies I approached the paint counter and there was no one there. I waited for a while then walked the aisles looking for an employee with no success. I asked an employee at the checkouts that appeared to be monitoring the activity there and asked about the employees in the paint department, he paged for someone to assist. After several minutes I asked a passing employee that stated he would find someone. After a few minutes I asked the employee at the scanners if anyone worked in the paint department. He paged again. I had been texting my wife and she called the store stating I had been waiting for several minutes and asked if someone would assist me. An employee arrived and shook the paint I had chosen. Extremely poor customer service! A couple waiting after me said they hated this store because it was that way all the time.
