The couple who owns the store are lovely people and you can tell they put a lot of care into their location and who they hire on to represent them. Highly recommend this location
Terrible customer service. I bought a Weber grill cover. I opened it when I got home and it was a black bag and two towels stuffed in it. I brought it back and you could have sworn the cashier and manager thought I did this. They only response I got was that someone clearly had good taste because the towels were from a Hilton Hotel. There was no apology for the inconvenience and they did not offer to look and see if there was another item in stock. The cashier told me that I should have checked if it was sealed before buying it. Well Ace, you’ve lost a customer today. I will not be back.
