Positive side, I got the nails that I wanted and the woman was super nice. I was scared because a lot of people told me they were not a good place to go. I enjoyed it. I made my appointment around 1pm and it was a slow day on a Monday. The lady was super nice and friendly and meet all my needs.nnNegative side, I did feel like the nail drill snipped me here and there, but no major cuts. I’m also super sensitive when it comes to my fingers. It did feel like a little dirty and I felt unsure about the brushed or equipment being clean or not. Also, their cash register isn’t working so it might be inconvenient for some people. I was fine. They have an atm in their store of a fee of 0.50 to withdraw money.nnCustomers side, there were a lot of rude people coming in giving attitude. Mind I believe there are three or four women working. If you want an appointment make it ahead of time. I realized most walk in people and give them attitudes. If you want your experience to be nice be honest with them and friendly or show them a photo of what you want. Also make sure you tell me and show them how you want your nails to be cut or painted. They speak some English, but I don’t think you need to mock them or get upset. I found it highly rude most people complained about their language barrier. They mean well.nnOverall, I would go back because I have slowly build a relationship with them and I enjoy them. I wouldn’t come to have a relaxing day, but I would go for a quick nail day or touch up. This isn’t a place to relax, it more of a place to touch up.

My daughters and I have been coming here for 5 years and we love them, feels like family. They do excellent work, you just have to be patient and not in a rush and willing to work with non English speakers sometimes. Well worth the family and relaxing atmosphere. They only accept cash which I don’t mind.

They always do an amazing job when I go here, wish I would have went back instead of going closer to home cause my new set right now is all messed up and the place wouldn't even fix them for me... Cozy nails I will be returning to you from now on.
