Subway

Customer service was not good. Just got ignored. Order was completely wrong. Waited for an hour for my food that was suppose to be curbside. Even though there were no other customers. Had to go inside to pick up my order. Order wasn't even started till I called to let them know that I was there five mins early for my pickup. Ended u spending extra money on some extra toppings for my subs, but didn't receive any. Payed extra for nothing. Was never informed when my order was ready, till I asked a half hour after supposed pick up time. My food was stuffed between machines on the counter. Food was also absolutely cold even though I asked for toasted. Overall, just a very very bad experience.

My husband and I ordered 2 subs, Spicy Italian and Philly Cheesesteak. His Spicy Italian had abt 4 slices of meat on it, while mine had so little steak on it that all I could taste was the bread.nnI guess if you like bread sandwiches and wasting money, this is the place for you.nnGo to the Subway just down the street by Love's instead. You're welcome!!!

I found online ordering quite confusing my 1st timeud83dude44 Though I entered pymt info & thought I had completed order, it was still processing by the time I arrived at the Stagecoach Rd shop 10 min later. It was no problem ordering in store & paying in person but would've been if it had been busy. I will probably not return to this shop. Not only do they not offer 2 ft-long for $5 promo or any other promos the 5-6 times I've been to this convenient shop, but I have not been pleased w/ the customer service of the owner & 1 other worker I've seen there. Difficult to understand & rather surlyud83dude2c Don't seem to understand questions & always have to ask for add'l veggie toppings, as they seem to skimp. Sorry, but I will go to Bryant or Walmart shop from now onud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Mediocre. Veggies were not fresh. Bad odor. Manager unkempt. Just not one of my favorite places

I called and spoke to some non English speaking person and he told me (I think??) to order online and pick up, so I ordered online and picked up my order. Big surprise, my order was wrong. I don’t understand, what’s the point of ordering online if it’s all wrong? It literally has everything I ordered right in front of your face you just have to READ (eye roll) I will not be returning here. The worker was rude and very hard to understand and did not give me a receipt, probably because he knew my order was incorrect. I will not be returning here. Very poor service
