The shower would not turn off, I called the first plumber I found on the internet and that was Chris Dyer Plumbing. So glad I did. Kyle Collins did an excellent job. Twice before I've had two different plumbing companies here on this same shower. I was beginning to think Benton didn't have any plumbers that was qualified to be called a plumber. Thanks again Kyle. I would give this company 10 stars if I could have.

had a leak under my raised tub. called them and had them come out. they couldnt find the leak ( concrete under was competly wet and ruined hardwood floor in next room). i even let him borrow my snake camera. finally he replaced a shut off valve that was right next to the opening and said i think that fixed it if not give me a call back and i will come back out. i was sceptical but hey he was the plumber. charged me 220 dollars. i tested the valve when he left and found no leaks. next day water was still comming out from under floor. i called back and was told he was going on vacation for the week. called back a week later and was told they would send someone out. they never came and never answered my calls after that. They should not be in buisness i would like my money back. would of went to 7 on your side but i didnt want the headache. honest to god do not use them.

We have been waiting for two months to get a line replaced and it has been a complete run-around when we call to find out what is going on. The lady that answers the phone has been extremely disrespectful and seems irritated to answer the phone. They dug a hole in my flower bed before the 4th of July. They finally came back a month later and didn't know why they were at my house. My wife reminded them it was to replace the main drain line. The guy then proceeds to tell her their equipment is broke down and they didn't have a rental lined up for the day. He then tells her they need to get the underground lines marked before they (I completely understand). The lines were located Monday and the line still hasn't been replaced. My wife calls the phone number again and the lady that answers acts dumbfounded as to why the guys aren't out here to do the job.nnThis is beyond ridiculous. We are now at two full months to get a drain line replaced. If I were the home owner you guys would be fired and I would take my business elsewhere.
