RENTERS BEWARE!!! These guys are con artists. Unfortunately they take the money and run. Upon trying to rent a property from them, the home was mold infested and they knew it. We didn't catch it until after we paid the deposit and was promised our deposit back. We never heard from them again and they changed their phone #'. We've turned them into the Realtor Commission and advise not to rent from Chris and Keith in this business.

Since day 1 of my rental they have been awesome! ANYTHING I have called about they handle immediately. Very friendly too!!!

I have been renting a house through Hogzilla for almost 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They are great at contacting you if you have a maintenance request and the people they send to fix things actually know what they are doing! They go above and beyond to try and make things easier for their tenants.
