Oltmans did a very poor job as our agent. Happened to be our builder as well. Kept us as his clients in the dark about a $19,000 overage that he knew about the whole time. Asked several times to meet. Repeatedly ignored our request. Copied an email to his boss in Tennessee, he too failed to respond. Not how you should be treated with this big of a purchase. Bet your realtor, and bet your builder.
