It's ok if you don't expect the people answering the phone for any sort of maintenance requests to be polite. They're extremely rude. I can't even finish telling them what I need without them cutting me off in a hostile manner. Add to that that this is the second summer I've spent without correctly working air conditioning. No one comes to fix it when I call multiple times. Additionally, a couple days before this past Christmas, my refrigerator started leaking profusely. I left a request, they never came. It was so bad that I woke up on Christmas morning to water all over my kids' gifts although I put down all my towels and moved them far from the kitchen. I want to love living here. But I just can't. I'm so tired of the office staff (except Christy) being rude and condescending.. I'm so tired of the maintenance staff not coming, and when they do, acting annoyed that they have to come. It's a good location with greenspace and a pool, but also the rudest possible staff.
