Subway

This location has inept employees who will over charge you and lie to your face. I eat at subway 3-5 times a week. This location in Bryant Arkansas is the ONLY location I have issues with. I have visited this particular location 6 times in the past 2 months and every time was a catastrophe. I cannot recommend the location at 7301 Alcoa Rd Suite 6, Bryant, AR 72022. The manager there needs to either properly train the employees or be replaced by someone who will. I cannot stress how aggravating the employees are at this location. Its only THIS one location.

We can chalk this one up to user error, since I've been to this Subway on Alcoa a few times this past year using drive thru or online ordering. Each time is worse than the last. Never has my entire order been right, and sandwiches are made incorrectly. It's to the point that I am thoroughly convinced nobody there can read. They all just hang out behind the store and smoke cigarettes and don't give a s#!% (which is true because I see them every day as I drive by there).

I had a mobile order. Picked it up and took it home. When I got home, i realized all of the 4 sandwiches I ordered were cold. Also, my Philly steak sub was made wrong. I called the store to ask if they would remake my sandwich, not even mentioning the other 3 cold sandwiches. I was told that the GM said that no food was allowed to be remade and that if they did, it would be an automatic termination. So, i get online and did a contact us form. The next day, i receive an email reply from the owner, im assuming. He sent me a generic apology, stating he would forward the information to his employees and telling me they look forward to seeing me in the future.nWhere is the personalized apology? Where is a resolution to this issue? I paid 21.97 for 4 sandwiches that were cold, 1 of which was made incorrectly, and I get nothing!nNo offer for replacement of my food or my money. Nothing. I am at a loss for words.nI will not be back. If I could rate zero stars, i would.

Male employee was not wearing a mask and apparently is not the first time as there are several complains dated 3 weeks back.nnThe new employee autumm was sweet trying to do everything on her own, poor girl, she deserves better than to work along side another employee that doesnt want to take this pandemic seriously.

Used to be a good location, Not the case so much anymore! The employees here are a big slap in the face.nAlso, I’m confused does Subway not have a mask requirement for employees as they breathe directly over not always warmed up food items?!
