Benton Power Equipment

We have bought several Stihl items from here, as we like buying from local companies, and live in Benton. The owner seems knowledgeable, and we love our Stihl products. But getting an item worked on/serviced, takes an extremely long time. i took my chainsaw in for him to look at on 4/23, after this past storm. it just wasn't cutting like i thought it should, even after putting a new chain on it. He said that he would get it out and cut with it and see what it was doing. That was 6 weeks ago. i have called him twice, and stopped by twice also to check on it. All I get is that's he hasn't gotten to it yet, and he'd call when it's ready. When i talked to him on 5/20, he said he one weedeater in front of it, but may have it ready by the weekend. That was 2 weeks ago. i called this last time on 6/3, and he still hasn't gotten to it.....6 weeks later. Hasn't even looked at it. All he can say is that he has had some commercial things come in that he had to work on. This is unacceptable. Evidently he doesn't value my business. So even though he is local, and right down the street, I will have to take my business elsewhere.nWH
