Great place but many people hate the manager is outrageous just because Mrs. Amanda is white and she doesn't fix the problem right away doesn't mean she racist. You who say these things are racist like your accusations

This place is horrible. Management comes in your apartment without notice. The apartment “Manager”, Amanda is so racist it’s ridiculous. Constantly comes in peoples apartments snooping around. Save yourself the money. They are low budget badly designed apartments with incompetent property staff. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Light fixtures are never replaced leaving tenants in pitch black. Stair steps collapse which is extremely dangerous. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!!

I have been a resident at Chapel Ridge for 6 years. I always recommend my apartments to anyone looking for a home in Forrest City. They are the best apartments in town. The Manager if super friendly and also professional. I love to stop by the office and visit with the staff. They are like family!

I relocated here because of my job. I don't know what the other reviewer was talking about, but, expensive is not the word for this property. New? Yes. Quiet? Yes. Worth the move? Yes. This property is comparable to the ritzier ones in Memphis. The grounds are extremely well-kept and manicured and clean. My only adjustment was the size of the two bedroom Apts bedrooms. I made the adjustment by using the included storage space outside, but its manageable. But the design is organized in a way that allows for more space in the common areas to encourage entertaining or space for family time. But my wife and I love it. I highly recommend it. Disregard the negative comments. It is lovely here. Look us up when you move in.

New carpet, new paint, and all new appliances. However, the commodes were not just dirty--they were filthy black on the way inside. Had to use bleach without end!!! Sink and disposal are unusable.nnThe staff--all of them--are absolutely fantastic and responsive, however. The apartments appear to be safe, as possible, too.nnIt is the best place in Forrest City until you build or buy.
