They taste like they have been sitting for a while or something they were real soggy

Generally pretty decent. Haven't had a bad experience yet, they're just kinda slow and I usually only come by on my lunch so its limited time and I dont want to always spend my lunch time sitting in the drive through.

I love Taco Bell because of the Drive-thru. Your in & out in a matter of minutes. Never a hold up on the line & the food is great.

Nasty customer service. They gave us chicken instead of beef. We realized it right after we pulled off. Turned around and went back the worker asked us for the food. We gave it to her and she said we was just making sure you disnt eat it... Wth we was gone maybe 2 min.. Regardless its against code to take foid back thru the drive thru. I really hope they threw it away. I will never eat there again! They messed the order up and then gave us attitudes when we come back to let them know!!!

I drive a Semi truck for a living. Staying at a local hotel and tried to make an order. They said drive thru only. My semi wont fit in the drive thru. They were nice even after I explained. But still refused to serve me.nnNot Truck Driver Friendly. Well they probably are when the truck brings their food.
