Read the reviews! I didn’t and I of course got hosed. Very unprofessional conduct. I needed onto a local military base. Wouldn’t care about walking from the visitor center but that’s strictly not allowed here. So I got a ride just to wait on another ride from someone else. Driver and operator both claim the other is a liar. Doesn’t do me any good and of course they got their money so they don’t really care. Just hope other people can read this and avoid the fleecing that I got.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. My husband called for a cab this evening. He was told the wait time would be 5-20 minutes. It’s now two hours later and my husband is walking home from work, because the cab never showed up. How is this company still in business? Terrible reviews all around.

I may start using Uber! I have just called for an cab, the crazy woman answered the phone and I have asked her nicely about my cab I have been waiting for over 20 minutes. She have rudely told me that, my cab will be there in another 15 to 20 minutes. I have told her that I have called twice before calling her and the guy told me at first that my cab will be pulling up any minute so I have waited and called him again he told me what cab will be arriving to come to pick me up. Than the woman keep on mumbling something when I have told her that I have been waiting for a cab over 20 minutes. Then she have hung up the phone in my face. I was very angry, and told myself I may not ride yellow cab again. I hope that there was more choices with cabs like we have in, New Orleans Louisiana. In New Orleans there was one cab company I refuse to use and that's, United Cabs. They had a very long history for racist towards minorities mainly blacks. One of the New Orleans News channel have did a hidden camera sting and exposed that racist cab company...
