Takes weeks to get maintains done and when you call and explain the problem they always try to act as if you don't know what you're talking about, and want to see if the problem is as serious as you say it is. Then whoever comes to fix the problem never calls ahead of time so you can be home. They just show up. Then they charged me a $10 fee for putting a paper on my door about rent due on the same day I talk to someone in the office informing them of the day I would pay. Calling it a posting fee.
