Great location and good starter apartments but I agree with Bradley the other review I saw before this! Once you move out they will try everything in there power to charge you all kinds of different things to not give you your deposit back! We moved out September and did not use the water or gas that whole month but they are STILL charging us! I paid $250 deposit and I’m only getting back $30 because of “utilities” and Brittany does not try to help at all just very nonchalant and lazy like. Emily was the nicest there but she is gone. BE AWARE when you move here! Also it is never anywhere to park and when I ask them about it they said it was “public parking” which I do not agree with I think if residents are paying they need to be able to have a say on Where they park FIRST! The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because like I stated it is a great location and maintenance was always great at coming on time

Before you read this I just want to say I have not actually lived in an apartment ,but have slept at one many times. The Apartments are a fairly nice and quiet place to live. If you have children there is two parks very close to the apartments. The room in a apartment is fairly small ,but still enough. The apartments are good to be at in the summer because the sun can really shine and there's a pool right in the middle of the apartments. So an Overview of the apartments is a nice and comfortable place to live if you are looking for somewhere to live and this is one of the only ones.

If I could give 0 stars here, I would. This company is crooked and will try to rob you. They took my keys and my apartment then decide to tell me they didn’t receive my notice to vacate (probably because they “lost” it). Now, Indian Hills is trying to bill me for an extra months rent for an apartment that I don’t even get to occupy. Honestly it’s a nice place with nice units, a pool, and great landscape, and if the company wasn’t so crooked I could give it a 4 star rating, only complaining that things were stolen from inside my car on a couple occasions.. However, given the circumstances I give zero. Maybe they keep their property so nice and pay for their parties and gifts by robbing money from people. I could do without the parties, gifts, and nice facilities if it meant doing business with an honest company.
