Love love love the retreat! The new renovations, management, and location made me fall in love all over again! The manager, Kayla is the best! Any questions I had, she quickly answered! I can’t wait to move in!!!

I had to update my review from a 1 star to a 5. The new management has been renovating the entire property. The hiccup I experienced was the office being completely remodeled. We did move into our new apartment on schedule. We were very impressed. New flooring, hard floors are available at Garden level and new carpet in bedroms. the 3 bedroom is very spacious. Our apartment was so CLEAN! Matching flooring to walls which was professipnally painted no drops on flooring or on base board trim. There are some minor things that need fixing yet the overall condition is excellent. I have met most of my neighbors who are friendly, hard working, and kind. There is little if any loud music from apartments around me and also no loud music from cars passing by. This is a choice spot for a family with little ones move to. Office staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Stephanie and Libby, are a valuable asset to Beztak. Due to all the improvements, updating and managing the needs of new and established residents please have patience with them. U can reach them by fb if necessary. Thank You

I love the retreat its a wonderful place to live. They made alot of changes. Add some great spots for dogs to go too. The new apartment manager is the best.

This has been a complete nightmare. Management and company keeps changing. Maintenance doesn't fully complete work orders. The emergency maintenance line doesn't properly work. I had to call the local police and fire departments out to shut the water off from the above vacant apartment due to management nor maintenance being available. They refused to change my carpets, even though we all know mold is a major possibly after the flooring has been soaked in water for days. It took them a total of 3 weeks to complete repairs and management never attempted to accommodate me and my family. Funny how they want the rent paid on time but can't take care of the tenants in a timely manner. I wouldn't advise anyone to reside here. Please do your homework before renting from them.
