Five Guys

I put in a call so that I could go in and pick it up when I arrived I was informed that they didn't start it because they have to wait until I show up to cook which kind of defeats the purpose.nI ordered a bacon burger with no cheese and I reiterated the no cheese part several times, however when I received the burger of course it was slathered in cheese.nAnd the cheese had melted onto everything else so the dog got to enjoy a $17 meal.nThe french fries which have always been the best part of the meal had clearly been cooked in grease that was not hot enough so that they were saturated in grease and had no crispiness whatsoever to them. They flopped around and the bottom of the bag was completely covered for about an inch with grease.nIt took almost 20 minutes I'm waiting before it was ready and there were only two other people in the place and there were five workers.nWhere I had always looked forward to Five Guys before I think that the level of training and expectations are so low now that I would not recommend it to anyone.nIt was a complete disappointment. The only thing that went right was the water I got was properly wet and cold but I don't think they had a lot to do with that. Big fat F for me on this one.

Food and service was great! Love their Cajun fries. The only complaint was that I wasn’t able to order through Uber eats, it said they were close though on DoorDash it was open. I had a great coupon on there that I was wanting to use. Great place though! And clean!

I love the Cajun fries here - missing the peanuts - this five guys location is clean and employees are wearing masks & gloves.

Service was good. The fries had so much salt we couldnt eat them. It was a waste of money
