Took my daughter's letterman jacket in to be cleaned. It is 20 years old and after having read horror stories of other cleaners ruining letterman jackets, I was a little concerned. I read the reviews for this cleaner and took it in. They have to send them out, which is fine as that just means they know they don't have the ability to do it properly themselves, which I can appreciate. It looks brand new.
