We submitted an offer and this company was the seller's agent. They refused to return any phone calls or even acknowledge that our offer had been sent to the seller. When my realtor got no response after multiple phone calls, I called myself and the person I spoke with actually hung up on me. If this is how they treat people trying to buy their clients' homes, I can't imagine how they actually treat the sellers. I would never list my home with them and would advise anyone else not to as well.

the Blackwood team is very knowledgeable and up to] date on the newest and latest technologies! They strive to treat all their clients like family and hold gather hand through the whole buying process.
