I did a tour and I was shown a nasty broken down studio. It looked nothing like the floorplan.

The entire Waterford staff have always been very kind and knowledgeable, they made move in easy and any maintenance requests are handed quick

This is my second time living in these apartments. I moved back because I remembered the old way that management worked and I loved it......But this second time around has been horrible. I have been having the same issue with plumbing and electrical sockets since I’ve moved in. I’ve put in a maintenance request almost a month ago and haven’t seen anyone yet but they make sure to ask about you paying rent. I will not be renewing my lease or moving back here.
