This place is not what it portrays in print. More interested in filling Apartments than taking care of the needs of residents. I have made numerous complaints of illegal drugs being smoked inside of units and outside units. Drug activity has become the norm and seems to be welcomed. I have lived in apartment communities for many years and what I have experienced at this one is the worst. Please do your research before moving here.

If I could give them a zero, I would. I turned in a list of things that needs to be done after I signed the lease. No one has come to do them. The maintenance is nonexistent (I guess) because I’m always picking up trash. The grass outside my door is growing tall. The office voicemail is always full. The dishwasher and refrigerator emits a foul odor. Kitchen hardware is dated, one of the electrical outlets isn’t working, they won’t spray for pests. For the price, I could be somewhere else. Moving as soon as I can.

Don't move here at all..The naibors will pick on you. The office will discriminate against you .This place is not good for anyone's health. After all, maralynn is one of the most dangerous streets in little Rock. Steer Clear.

Been staying in Spanish Rock Apartments now known as the overlook apartments since January AC went out at end of February still hadn't been fixed even tho we remind them constantly and now our garbage disposal is clogged up and barely draining even taking a shower start to back up kitchen sink... even after all this they refuse to give a discount or change apartments and have never been in our room to try to.fix any thing If we mention anything about discount for not having AC for 4 months they get mad and tell us to put our 30 day eviction notice and that they dont give discounts but wont fix air or kitchen sink so we been paying the same 635 as everyone else but been doing without AC doesn't seem fair especially its summer now its 90° outside coming up we still dont have air its miserable in here and its gonna get up to 95° this week like this gotta be against the law or maltreatment or something?? What yall think I should do to
