Apt was flooded Nov 1st water covered my entire floor from door to bedroom and my carpet was stinky bc water was coming from my closet& water was coming from the ceiling. Nobody came until 2.5 hours later. I wasn't able to live there for a week and a half. Nobody told me what the cause was, when it was done or if it got fixed, nor did they accommodate me for the problems. I emailed the Manager. Nobody called back or responded to me. Still to this day no response. I feel VERY NEGLECTED! This is the worst experience I have had at a apt. I am leaving!! I shouldn't even give ONE STAR its ZERO STARS

My experience here at Bowman Heights is great Mr. Vargas is very nice he was patient with me and I see he will work with you one on one So I admire him for that. And it is so quiet out here I love it. So I really do like it out here

This is by far the most comforting spot ! The property manager is awesome! He’s understanding and has helped me get into this apartment! Very polite and kind. I will definitely be staying here for a while. It’s quiet, not loud kids running around, everything’s great. Whenever I have a problem they Maintence guy always comes on time. Very respectful!! The best about it all is that I’m in love with the new renovations they have as well. Definitely a place to call home !

Everyone I've interacted with at Bowman Heights has been friendly and welcoming. Nakinya is always helpful and outgoing and ready to work through anything you may need help with.

I love the fact that as soon as I walked into the office It was a positive vibe and management made me feel comfortable! Never experience such excitement coming from management while apartment hunting! They are very clean! Which is a plus! I’m really considering into moving here! Thanks Nakinya you are AWESOME!
