APPALLED!!nThe owners of this business are begging for LITIGATIONS. They remotely locked building at 9:51pm. Daughters emergency medical supplies in there. 9 minutes before posted closing time?! If someone with key is reading this in real time, I’m sItting outside with police officer who’s been calling you for 1.5 hours! ! You DO NOT want a sick little girl or emergency room bill on your hands!!! ANSWER YOUR F’NG PHONE PLEASE!
Open early, close late. What more could you want from a laundromat? How about access to a bathroom!!! This place has one but they keep it locked. They have signs up telling you to go to Safeway or Dollar Tree and use theirs. I think they should just unlock theirs and hire someone to clean them. It's tax deductible.
I had to put $3.50 in the washer twice to do one load because it ate the first $3.50 then wouldn't wash. When I got more quarters the change machine took my dollar bill then the out of service light went on and it ate my dollar. No managers on site and calling the number online over and over no answer. This is the worst laundromat I have ever been to. It's ridiculous they basically steal your money and make you pay double and you can't get ahold of anyone to get your money back. This place needs to be shut down. Filing complaints with BBB and the City of Forest Grove. Think of how many people they have done this to over the years. They have made a lot of money of thievery.
Clean safe environment. Updated machines. Good seating while you wait for your clothes.
