I know it's their job, but they came to us late a night and worked well into the night to rip up carpet and pad that was water soaked. Despite that it was a weekend, Tyler came out to help the day we called! He was knowledgeable and acted immediately to save our house! We are so appreciative! His crew was fantastic as well! Serve pro arrived the very next day after talking to my insurance company, they immediately diagnosed the issue removed problem boards set up fans and infrared heating element. One of their drivers pulled out in front of me in a 55 mph zone. He was at a dead stop. He flipped me off and then pulled over to the side of the road motioning for me to pull over. When I called the office to complain they hung up on me. They are completely unprofessional.
