Blaze Pizza

Beware of Blaze! I hope they can get there major problems fixed after reopening. At this moment they seem not to care about there customers at all. Let me explain please. I called them and got their auto attendant which directed me to order from there website. I go to the website where i pick to be my ordered delivered. I pay for the order along with a 4.99 delivery fee and tip. At the end of the order i get a estimated time of delivery. 30 minutes after the given delivery time I call the store, and they tell me they do not deliver and my pizza has been sitting there for 30 minutes. So I drive up there thinking they are going to make it right. I get there and find I have cold pizza waiting on me and that they will try to refund the delivery and tip within 5 to 7 days if they can. No apology, no lets warm up that pizza for you, no nothing. To top off when i got home my order was wrong. I was so exited to see blaze open again, but after this I will have to else where for my pizza. I can tolerate such poor customer service when other are doing it so well.

We enjoyed a very nice dinner here with a few drinks to start and they brought us complimentary chips and avocado corn dip for first timers. We also shared their shrimp lettuce wraps as starters and enjoyed them both. We then shared the seasonal citrus fruit salad with grilled chicken and the roasted garlic chicken pizza as our entree. The service from waiter was superb. Nice dining surprise for us both.

One of my preferred places for quality Pizza. Visited about four, it was not full. The service was sociable and attentive. The prices are fair for the quality of food.

Service was great. Order was correct, however my pizza was extremely burnt. The flavor was good but nearly inedible due to the incredibly black crust.

This was my first visit to Blaze. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Ordered two pies, which were delicious. Great crust (the mark of a good pizza) with tasty toppings. Will definitely come back.
