12th street Subway is fast paced, good customer service. Great store.
Manager came out of nowhere to complete my sandwich and put slimy substance I did not want on it without being asked to so I asked for a new bread and was denied. I've never run into such incompetence
This subway was the best i have been to so far. I was in line at the time the person below me ordered, they refused to show the manager the sandwich to get their refund, which she offered if they would show the food, but the rude customers denied. They got loud and started talking loud with the other costumers and then was asked to leave the store but again refused. The manager and staff reacted the best they could towards these rude customers.
Ordered a salad. Double turkey. Under 500 cal .
Order was wrong. I emailed the company. They didn't offer to correct there mistake
