HORRID TREATMENT!! I called to place an order for pick up and the girl on the phone told me the store was full of customers and she did not have time to write the order down I would need to come into the store. We were already on our way and it took less than 3 minutes to get there where we walked into an empty store. We noticed the 2/$10 if we order on the app so I told the girl behind me to go ahead and told the same girl tells me we can’t wait in the store to order we had to go outside to order and outside to wait. So we stood outside the door and the same girl busted out the front door, got in her car parked in front of the door, drove it the the side of the building and immediately went back inside. I am unsure if she was upset we were standing on the sidewalk in front of her car or if there was some other reason. Regardless, it was unnecessary to bust out the door like that to move her car when she indicated she did not have time to write down my order on the phone. We left and made it 3 miles down the road and realized they left 3 of the 6 cookies out. We turned around and brought our receipt in and told her, she looked at the receipt and said what kind were they. Did not apologize, did not say anything else, she grabbed our cookies and handed them to us without so much as a have a good day. The unprofessional behavior is ridiculous and makes me not want to return to this store. I am not a complainer as I understand everyone has a bad day here and there but this girls attitude will lose business and in an already down economy and put customers in a bad mood. The other young lady was as pleasant as she could be under the circumstances. The rude girl was not wearing a name tag and her name was not on the receipt. She was white and wearing a white mask with the word Chanel on it.

If I could give zero stars, this location would absolutely deserve it! We placed an order online, arrived and the two ladies obviously wanting to close early, said the system was down and unable to view our order. We asked if since we we have a confirmation showing we paid and verifying their store, if they could go off that. We were told their owner won’t allow them? When we asked how to cancel they said they don’t know anything about the app and they said we’ll probably receive an email for unfulfilled order. This is said that this is what customer service has come to!

The workers was very rude, especially the lady manger. I will not visit this place any more.

My favorite sandwich place with the best oatmeal raisin cookies!

Loved Subway 30 years ago, still love them today.
