With all that's happening in today's world, I often find myself searching for a silver lining. Well, I found at least one place that makes me happy - Tide Cleaners - Chenal. They are incredibly friendly and professional every single time I have an encounter. Mica in particular always greets me with a smile and literally makes me look forward to my next visit. Tonight Cleo, who I've not met previously, also greeted and assisted me with the same positive experience. I love this place! It's difficult to find, but apparently good service does still exist!

I have tried several dry cleaners in Little Rock and this by far has been the best one to go to! Staff members, such as Mica and Cleo, are very personal and go out of their way to remember who you are and always willing to treat you like a person and not just another customer. Prices are great and I am always satisfied with the turnaround time from drop off to pick up.
Excellent Service! Being someone who does not reside in Little Rock, I needed some help with my cleaning needs. Mica was outstanding and assisted with a smile and professionalism. I would highly recommend whether your needs are big or small!!
