While this was my first time going here it clearly states on the door that shirts are 1.99 yet somehow my 5 polo shirts were charged as pullovers at 4.25 each ... Ticket Number L660753
I chose this location based on the convenience of the side of town I spend the majority of my time. Not based on the nearest cleaner to my residence. This is my 3rd and final attempt to allow them to earn my business. The many times I have dry cleaned over the years. I have never felt like it was such a chore for me to drop clothes off to be laundered and press. It feels I have to sign a Release of Liability contract. To me it seems there is no trust in the employees they employ. The communication is not always clear. This being my 3rd attempt and final attempt here. I just felt like I needed to share my story. The customer is not bad. Everyone needs to be on the same page. Clarity is 101 when in business. Try these guys out for yourself. You might have a great experience and a permanent cleaner's. I just wanted to share my experience. I will say that the that the young lady at the counter is always helpful and willing to find solutions to earn your business. I hope they will use this info as an opportunity to evaluate some things within the business. I just feel like this is not the dry cleaner fit for me.
Love this place. The staff is outstanding!
Take my cleaning there every week with the same routine. Drop it off late one night and I’m able to pick it up by 5 the next day. Great deals too!
